Our Staff
The PSC team consists of experts in the field of employment background investigations, fingerprinting services, screening and suitability adjudications. Our staff is licensed through the New Mexico Licensing Board, credentialed with Fair Credit Reporting Act certification. We receive on-going training, sit on panels through the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and come from the communities we work to protect.
Personnel Security Consultants is the only company that has been designated as the U.S. Bureau of Indians Affairs liaison for Federally Recognized Tribes and Tribal Programs in the area of employee and volunteer screening programs. We are proud of our 10 year proven track record. Our team demonstrates our successes every day and has received recent recognition from the National Chambers of Commerce by winning the 2013 Top 100 Business Blue Ribbon Award.
Michele Justice
Michele Justice, President & CEO
Michele Justice is a licensed Private Investigator through the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department. She is of Native American and Hispanic descent and an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation. Ms. Justice established Personnel Security in 2004 to apply her expertise in fulfilling her vision of assisting Tribal communities and organizations throughout "Indian Country" in protecting communities and children. She has since expanded PSC from a one-person company to a staff of experts.
In her close to 20 years of federal service, she held positions in the Federal government overseeing multi-million dollar programs, managing personnel and sub-contractors, and implementing and realizing the establishment of a newly created Federal security office.
Ms. Justice received her first national award from former Vice President Al Gore's National Performance Review. She has gone on to become the recipient of the accredited New Mexico Small Business Award in 2009, sponsored by the United States Small Business Administration. She also is an SBA Emerging Leaders Program (e200) Graduate, the recipient of the 2011 Governor's Award for Outstanding New Mexico Women and was awarded the American Indian Business Association Business Leader of the Year. Ms. Justice continues to sit on several panels, provide presentations and participate in special committees for the protection of children. She is active in her community and participates in several programs in support of community projects.
