This one day training session provides an in-depth review of the investigative requirements for the Indian Country, such as the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act (Public Law 101-630).  

The training not only provides information on what the requirements are, but incorporates practical exercises that encourages group participation so that attendees can learn how to implement the requirements.  

After completion of the training session, attendees will have a working understanding of the background investigation process as it relates to Indian Tribes, Tribal Organizations, and Federal agencies providing services to Indian children and communities.
