Policy Development Workshop

The Workshop begins with an overview of Indian Country regulations related to employee background investigations. The Instructor, President and owner of PSC, will then facilitate a brainstorming session to outline a plan of action unique to the CLIENT for developing a Background Investigation and Adjudication Program. This training session will include discussion and pooling of ideas to provide a framework to understand investigation program requirements, suitability criteria, screenings (examination of information, evaluating, rankings, case summaries and preliminary and final determinations). In addition, this training session will include the review and completion of a PSC developed survey to begin outlining the needs and preferences for program policies and procedures.

Prior to the training all registered attendees will be sent a data call request which will include bringing CLIENT forms, selected position descriptions, and any established policies and procedures that will be helpful to in creating and developing their own background investigation and adjudication program.
