PSC Can Help Your Tribal Government
Personnel Security Consultants was founded with a core mission of helping tribal governments help themselves through knowledge and skills to develop and operate their own Background Investigation Programs. PSC's owner, Michele Justice, has developed several training programs designed specifically to make this mission a reality.
By attending PSC's training programs and/or by engaging PSC in their offered consulting services, tribally operated school boards and housing authorities, tribal governments, newly contracted tribal programs, and tribal enterprises can learn how to:
- write their own policies
- train their own investigators and adjudicators
- monitor the success of their programs
We Understand
Native-owned Personnel Security Consultants understands the ins and outs of Indian Country because it's our home, too. We draw on lifetimes of experience living in and working in tribal communities in order to provide superior services to tribal governments, including consulting, investigations, adjudication, and training.
Personnel Security Consultants has a strong background of giving back to communities. In addition to our regular services, we produce an annual calendar featuring the art from Native youth to raise awareness about child abuse. We also support non-profits who are doing important work in our tribal communities, like the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women.
