Our On-Line Background Screening was originally developed as an in-house tool to assist our staff in conducting quick, accurate, investigative packages for our clients. As a result, our staff had access to the most current, accurate, and legitimate information used in conducting tribal, national, and local background investigations. Full Background Investigations meeting Indian Child Protection and Family Violation Prevention Act
We specialize in "Child Care" employee background investigations. Our background investigations are in compliance with the requirements identified in 25 Code of Regulations Part 63 -- Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act, the Crime Control Act, as well as Bureau of Indian Affairs and Bureau of Indian Education mandates. We worked with the Bureau of Indian Affairs Security Office in establishing the Child Care type background investigations we designed for our Clients. To ensure the most thorough investigation, our investigators conduct all required criminal searches, verifications, and character reference interviews to determine employment suitability. Each completed investigation contains a summary sheet for ease of reference. All reports are certified by PSC. The turn-around time is 10-30 days. Full Background Investigations meeting Indian Country Law Enforcement Regulations
We specialize in "Law Enforcement" employee background investigations. Our background investigations are in compliance with the requirements identified in 25 Code of Regulations Part 12 -- Indian Country Law Enforcement, the Crime Control Act, the Gun Control Act, and Federal Adjudication Guidelines. We worked with the Office of Justice Services BIA Professional Standards Division in establishing the Law Enforcement type background investigations we designed for our Clients. We continue to work closely with their offices to ensure we have the most up-to-date information on the requirements for law enforcement officials in Indian country. To ensure the most thorough investigation, our investigators conduct a personal interview with the applicant/new hire; identified former supervisors; as well as additional individuals that may be identified as important in determining employment suitability. Each completed investigation contains a summary sheet for ease of reference and a written report of findings. All reports are certified by PSC. The turn-around time is 20-45 days.
