Tribal Adjudication Professional Certification Training

We are pleased to announce our partnership with NNAHRA, which will begin in 2024. As a result of this partnership, you will now be recognized as a Tribal Adjudicator Professional (TAP), and your training will count towards credits with your Tribal Human Resources Profession (THRP) and the Society for HR Management (SHRM). Our in-person training will be conducted differently than in the past. You will be required to complete one prerequisite, the Employee Investigation Program Overview, three weeks prior to attending the in-person training. If you have previously completed this program, you will need to retake it to receive your THRP/SHRM hours, as there have been updates to the regulations. Conducting Compliant Background Investigations and the Adjudication Certification will be completed in-person over a 2.5 day period.

We are also transitioning to a new and improved Learning Management System (LMS), which will enhance your online training experience. This transition will allow us to offer a broader range of training options in the coming year.

We are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible, and we look forward to providing you with an even more comprehensive and user-friendly training experience in the new year.
